VP Strat was founded in 2005 by Véronique Pernin, after several years of experience in financial communications on Wall Street. She was joined in 2007 by her partner José Saint-Georges, former corporate communications director at Paribas, who worked directly for chairmen Michel Pébereau, André Levy-Lang, François Henrot and Daniel Bouton. Then by Aurélien Giorgino for digital, Camille Rodot for crisis, Amélie Lequernec for press, and a team of communicators, graphic designers, media trainers and journalists.
A member of ARE(Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises) and AFFIC(association of consular judges), Véronique Pernin is also one of the co-founders of the Women in Restructuring(WiR) association, whose aim is to bring together professionals involved in the turnaround of companies in difficulty.

Financial communication expert on Wall Street for 4 years, Véronique founded the VP Strat agency in 2005 to provide tailored support to companies, their leaders, and advisors in corporate communication, media relations, (e)reputation, and crisis communication. Recognised as “Leading” in rankings, especially in complex situations, Véronique has a unique expertise and relies on her sense of precision, responsiveness, her sharp knowledge of business, economic, legal, and judiciary matters. Véronique Pernin graduated from CELSA-La Sorbonne and holds a Master’s degree in Management, after completing an Hypokhâgne-IEP curriculum. She is also a member of the ARE (Association for Business Turnaround) and co-founder of WIR (Women in Restructuring). She works fluently in English.

José has over 40 years of experience in corporate communication as a Communication Director and counsel. José Saint-Georges has worked directly with CEOs David Dautresme, Bruno de Maulde, Pierre Barberis, Pierre Simon, Philippe Toussaint, Bernard Auberger, Michel François-Poncet, André Levy-Lang, Michel Pébereau, François Henrot, and Daniel Bouton. Former Head of Communication at Crédit du Nord, in charge of corporate, branding, advertising, events, internal communication, press relations, and financial communication, he later became Global Head of corporate communication at Paribas. During the SG Paribas takeover, he also managed the crisis unit, external communication, the future brand strategy, and financial communication for individual shareholders. . He now accompanies VP Strat clients through sensitive situations and advises top management on their communication. He works fluently in English.

A graduate of the Centre de Formation Professionnel des Journalistes (CFPJ), Aurélien helps companies define and implement their corporate and digital communications strategy.
After starting his career as a professional model, he naturally turned to the image, press and influence professions. This experience enabled him to develop a global vision of the issues linked to brand reputation and visibility.
He joined VP Strat in 2017, where he developed solid digital expertise. His cross-functional role enables him to support the agency in its development and bring an innovative strategic approach, combining creativity and performance.

Graduate from Sciences Po Aix and Arizona State University (Phoenix, US) with a Master’s degree in Geostrategy, Camille was formerly a parliamentary assistant in the Canadian House of Commons and corporate and crisis communication collaborator within a global group (Keolis). She guides the implementation of communication strategies during crises and special situations with reactivity and precision.
Camille builds up communication messages and strategic documents (crisis unit, Q&A, key figures, statements…), social media, media and web monitoring reports and participates in press relations (press release, press books…) using her strong analytical and synthesis skills. She works fluently in English.
